Waivers & Agreements

Liability Waiver. I acknowledge that cheerleading involves inherent risk of injury and release ACE Allstar Cheer, its coaches, and staff from liability for injuries sustained during practices, competitions, and related events.

Financial Commitment. I understand the $50 registration fee is non-refundable, and that accepting a spot on the Half-Year team is a season-long financial obligation as outlined in the Season Investment breakdown.

Attendance Policy. I understand attendance at all scheduled practices and competitions is mandatory, and that excessive absences may affect my athlete's placement per ACE's attendance policy.

Photo / Media Release (optional). I grant ACE Allstar Cheer permission to use photos and videos of my athlete for team, social media, and promotional purposes.

Code of Conduct. My athlete and I agree to represent ACE Allstar Cheer with respect, sportsmanship, and discipline at all times.
